audio glitch

I have a weird audio bug happening in my latest park. No matter where I am or what zoom level I am I hear a constant clicking, water splash or something. It's CONSTANT. I've tried disabling rides one by one and reactivating and nothing has fixed this. I have a link hear to the sound Source...
