Im on console where is the same height top and editable bottom option at???? Found it in 2 seconds on pc

I recently built a really pretty lion-habitat using a custom fence I built. the custom fence was made out of wood, so it counts as climbable. To counter this, I placed a metal fence, which I made unclimbable, inside the custom fence. The lions just walk (WALK! They don't even climb, they WALK)...
