Yeah anyone else notice how all this upgrade does is increase your heat, and boost the optimal mass a little bit? There is absolutely no change to the speed of the charge lol

I'm sure this is somthing that's been discussed, but for the life of me, I can't find it. I read somewhere recently that with class 5 and higher FSDs Mass Manager is the better experimental effect. Can anyone confirm and also explain why? I don't have nearly as much time as I would like to...
