Im on console where is the same height top and editable bottom option at???? Found it in 2 seconds on pc

I was wondering if this game was ever planned on coming to console, i know JWE did so I don’t see why this game couldn’t. I’ve supported frontier with E : D and JWE and i’m a sucker for park/city sims. And if it’s not i’m just wondering why. Hope us console people can play too!
