fllet carriers

Hi all, I recently purchased a carrier, and want to know if I can "call" the carrier to my current system. What I mean is I'm mining, and I'd like to be able to call the carrier to me. It seems reasonable, so I hope it's somewhere counter intuitive, and I just have found out where. Thanks
