imperial hammer

What's the chances to have this corrected? I mean, you spend ARX for a weapon color and it's not universal and does not get applied to all weapons. I would like my Imperial Hammers to stream out like a Tie Fighter rapid fire red streaming burst of who-ah coolness.

Quick one: how does Imperial Hammer apply Feedback Cascade? once per salvo, like with super penetrator? three times per salvo, on each hit? at 1/3 effectiveness per hit? ... some other way? Thanks!
