I'm in the Pliades Nebula (Maia / Celaeno) where there are literally 100's NHSS of various threat levels 3 - 9. Why is there no system in the bubble in the incursion state? The Galaxy map was recently updated to include incursion and the BGS was altered to add this state. After all this time...
