I have an Asp Explorer in Suhte with a 200cr bounty. I switched ships before paying the bounty. Now I can not pay the bounty at Suhte or at an Interstellar contact in a near by system. And I can not transfer the ship to a different system. My only option is to sell the ship for 25% of the price...
