Not sure why but Marco that engineer is not available for me. the huge engineer workshop button is gray and says unavailable. the odd thing is I fulfilled everything a long time ago and I even got some pinned blueprints.

Can modular terminals be turned in as you get them or does Qwent require them all at once? I've been hauling them around playing hide and seek from interdiction and I'm wondering if i can do a partial delivery. Need to know before i make the long trek back to Sirius to find out.
