marsha hicks

OK, so I got the 10 tons of Osmium for Marsha Hicks, but then couldn't get to her with it as it's 21994 light years away, wouldn't let me map a course even with a 5A Fuel Scoop and in my long range ASP Explorer. How the hell do you get there??
