pc upgrade

I have the most updated launcher from steam, and it has Horizons 4.0 listed when I launch the game. When I highlight Horizons 4.0 instead of START is says INSTALL. When I click install it just sits forever on preparing for update. Anything I can do to get this upgrade to come through? Really...

I know the graphics card is not specifically aimed at gaming, but it's performance is allegedly comparable with a similar specified graphics cards designed for gaming. I bough this laptop a short time before Odysee came out thinking 4GB VRAM would be fine as a step up from Horizons recommended...
