    Way to blueprint habitat/exhibit areas

    It would be nice to have some way to mark out areas of the zoo for future habitats or exhibits (or buildings). Maybe some tools to draw on the terrain (similar to barrier tools) to indicate this, as well as text to label them? Could maybe only be visible in a certain overlay view?
