purchase upgrade

Absolutely love the game! I would like to add the other packs to my already purchased basic account, but it is more expensive to add all the individual packs vs. buying the Ultimate edition. I have already purchased the basic Planet Zoo pack - is it possible to upgrade to the Ultimate Edition...
