0/0 scouts available since F1 Manager 2024 create-a-team season 2

There is a bug with scouts in create-a-team. I am in season 4 and I have no scouts anymore since season 2. Can this be fixed in a patch or is there another solution? I have attached a screenshot of my scouting team and you see that my team size is 0/0 and I cannot change it. My scouting department is level 4 and 0 scouts.

Sorry, changed initial post as I thought you were having the common scout issue where you lose them after a sponsor plan and have to buy them again.
Don’t know what this issue is and I wouldn’t hold my breath for a response from the devs.
