0 ARX ballance at website for all of my accounts

I was having problems buying a paint job on my XBox account, so I decided to go to the Frontier DLC store on the web. I logged in no problem, my ARX balance was 0. I then logged into my other accounts one by one and found that the website think I have a 0 balance on all of them (2 PC accounts, XBox and PS4). When I go into the game on any account I have thousands of ARX in each. I was really hoping to buy DLC using the website, but it seams that I can't.

Anyone else had this happen? Anyone have an easy solution before make a support ticket?

dont buy them from the dlc site?
just do it directly in game - i did it on both XB and PC

That's what happens when you write cheeky threads about needing lots of ARX for FC - didn't you read all the way to the bottom of the ARX FAQ?

Just checked my account to see what was up and I'm showing my normal ARX balance there, so it may be something specific to your account

Do you see your arx balance in game, in the livery?

When I'm on the XBox trying to buy with the ARX it shows the balance correctly, but does not let me buy paint jobs for certain ships because it doesn't think I have the Horizons DLC even though I do. I can be setting in a planetary base trying to buy a paint job for Krait and it will still tell me I don't have Horizons.

So on one hand I have 0 ARX and on the other I have the ARX but it won't let me spend them.

Oh, and as I said, my ARX balance doesn't show on the website with four different accounts. All four have a 0 ARX balance on the website where the balances are right in-game. I've also logged in with four different browsers to make sure it wasn't a problem specific to Edge, Chrome, Opera or Firefox.

How are we supposed to solve your multiaccount problems? Try support.

Don't sign in Using the FDEV account sign in using the XBOX LIVE /PSN button... and the LIVE/PSN account used on microsofts Live/SIE PSN sign in page..
if you sign in with FDEV section you LOAD the PC Fdev account version.. which is empty on console only accounts...

Leave the PC section Empty..

and select the BIG XBOX LIVE/SIE icon And manualy type in the Xbox/PSN account Email and passwords... on microsoft live/PSN page.
(if you don't get to a live sign in page You need to sign out the microsoft live/PSN account and sign back in on the console account page...)

Filling in the Fdev box causes the Account to LOAD the PC web browser fdev account side of the account that has NO LINK to an xbox live /PSN account...
Sign in use microsofts LIVE account page accessed by hitting the Great big Orange Xbox icon ... then you load the XBOX user ID with the ARX...

Now the ARX shows...
you can only login 1 Live user at a time...

Sooner or later they are gonna have to streamline account links. I lost count how many links I've had to go through. Probably 3... or 4.

Does not help that the PSN console accounts are permanently logged in on any web browser with no option to log out on that third party sites...
if you want to change account thats logged in you have to navigate to first party site and then log out and log back in on a new account ... If you don't every site and third party site will auto login to that single user yet again...
Theres no option to set a auto log out on SIE PSN web sites you must manualy select log out... Microsoft still give you a automatic sign out option..
