Sounds to me like you are pro-hacking!
You may consider my stance towards these people childish however cheating in a game is infantile and spoils others experience
I am glad the cheaters have been taken out of the game - regardless of how old they are and how "capable" they are at coding!
The 64 bit architecture will hopefully defeat them permanently and we can finally have a clean game with a level playing field!

Only problem with a shieldless setup is the landing pad damage when taking off.

Hey Guys,

I saw the guy in the mk3 today in the system where the CG is going on and the signal on my radar always turned from npc to player so i was waiting till he attacked me... no idea what he was trying but the next time, I will not wait till he opens fire!

That's why I always run shields, even on my exploration ships. They may be tiny "bump" shields, but at least I don't have that kind of stupid stuff happening! ;)

I don't think it has anything to do with skill - there was one guy running with it and I'm sure after a full year of maintaining it for free, probably got sick of the idea of having to rewrite EVERYTHING with 64-bit. He is taking his time and will probably release if some of the other folks give up. Don't think I'm pro-hacker, I just watch the cheating sites so I know what to look out for in game. The fact they talk about how 'boring' the game is but yet beg beg beg for more cheats from said writer shows how full of it they are. (said hackers are reading this thread also BTW) - us 'carebares' They are just sore they don't know how to play a game without exploiting it - suck it up losers, stay off my game it is sad you need trainers to keep up.

Never understood cheaters in multiplayer games.
Stats are just numbers and mean nothing without actually earning them.
Cheaters always brag about accuracy and K/D ratios... But they didn't do it. The coders and their PC did it. Basically they're unskilled players just watching how a computer would excute a game. Lol
Cheating in elite is also extremely pointless as peeps will just block you. Lol or switch to solo for a while.

Shields are optional.
