1.2 No stutter - 1.3 after optimisation => Stutters

I was playing like a charm on my GTX970 without any stutter and since 1.3 i have it all the time.


Game is Unplayable in Supercruise.

Well be comforted in knowing it's not your gaming rig, unfortunately I think this issue is here to stay for a little while at least..

That's not what I call stutter - that's a texture display issue (see how the solar flares are still rendered smoothly - if there was stutter they would 'jump').

Mine coincide with the stutter, as I fly around the sun, every stutter = a texture change.

Yeah I know it's not a stutter which I notice too, in stations, in open space...
