1.3 Stuck in Hyperspace and Escape key to menu not working!

I'm looking for LTT 5212 to claim a bounty. The details of this System previously did not show in 1.2 but instead shown Crimson Corps. instead.
It's either the game has crashed and can not find a working available server or this System is bugged!
