CQC 1.5 CQC feels way too slow

Going from 1.4 it looks like ship dynamics got nerfed quite a bit. Now Condor 1.5 feels more like Eagle 1.4 or even Sidewinder 1.4 ...

My favorite weapon (canons) got nerfed. Feels like by a factor 2x..

Both things (speed of the game and balance between lasers/cannons) were perfectly fine in 1.4
But perhaps it was just for me...

PS: And the duration of power-up.. This is silly - now the first to get power-up keeps it twice as long compared to 1.4...

Opinions?

Now it's exactly 45 seconds - just counted. Don't know how long it was before

Confirmed - before it was also 45 seconds. Nothing changed.

The dynamic feel different to me too, I also felt like kinetic weapons took a nerf, but I think its just a feeling nothing actually solid. After adjusting everything went back to normal (aka clubbing baby seals)
 
The only other changes I've noticed:

- FA off accel has been weakened a tad, so you can no longer accelerate / brake faster with FA off than FA on. This also applies to the main game.
- Plasma Repeater cooks the ship now, a somewhat puzzling and unnecessary nerf.

Yeah the FAOFF model seems to have been changed a bit. For people who used it extensively like me for CQC this makes me sad. No more Hot Shots flying.

- Rapid cannons nerfed by 30% (takes more hits to kill)
- Can't boost end-to-end in Condor any more. Even with all "engine power".
- Condor feels more sluggish (almost like it has higher mass)

If they did in fact nerf the plasma repeater, it wouldn't be the first time they weakened something that was pretty unappealing to begin with. I recall when the sidewinder's frag cannons were nerfed. Have you ever tried using those things? They're a joke. The range at which you need to attack from to be effective is miniscule, and even there, unless your target is perpendicular to you, most of the pellets will miss.
