1.5 MILLION BOUNTY for extraordinary trade information!!!!

Hey fellow traders. You want a free 1.5M credits?

Find me a trade route that meets these specifications:

3000 profit per ton (round trip)

UNDER 23.3 LY apart (although I may be flexible if the amount of profit is truly extraordinary).

Neither station CANNOT require a permit, or have a station more than 4000 Ls from the star you jump into.

DO NOT POST THE INFO IN THIS THREAD!! Instead PM me when and where, preferably between 3 and 11PM EST.

I will give you 20 tons of palladium as a good will deposit, you tell me the info, and once I verify the info then the rest is yours. ^^

Now if you already have a type 6 or 7 or an asp or even a type 9, this might save you like 20-40 minutes of flying and you'd probably make more trading this route than in the amount of time it takes to scoop up 100 tons of palladium. :p But for the average player, this can be enough to save you many hours of game play and grinding. :D

So fire up that thrudd's tool and start searching!! :D

LOL. Let me know how many people have answered you, my bet is you will get exactly 0 pms and a LOT of banter here :D.

Anyone with enough brains to find 3000k route laughs at you and your 100 ton scooping. All you will get is some pirate traps.

So somebody has knowledge of a 3000-per-ton profit trade route that is just over 20ly in distance and you think they're going to get excited over 1.5mil?

Lawlz! :p

Also I have a variety of beautiful and well known landmark bridges for sale, very reasonable prices. A simple wire transfer is all it takes, and the deed will be in the mail on the next working day. I look forward to all your PMs.

What kind of ship do you have? What about your shields and weapons? What's your combat ranking?

We can meet in-game if I deem your ability to kill me low enough :D

Since this is highly sensitive information, I highly suggest that you go to the thrudds search tool and change the information once you find it. Cuz if I guess the star (cuz it's clearly going to be near our meeting place), then I have no incentive to pay you the bounty. ^_^

So one trip in a T-9 will get that person 1.5 million in less than 20-30 mins, and they will tell you for 1.5 million ? so they will waste over an hour to pick up 75 of your containers as a reward ?
There is absolutely no logic in your request, sorry :)
p.s. I fail, my route is 7 mins and only 2400 Cr/t return :(

A pretty transparent effort my friend - but good luck with that. And won't the palladium become stolen when you transfer it? So it's only gonna be worth half normal value anyway. Now, let's see - um - 1.5M in palladium at about 5k a ton - that's around 300 tons so I'm gonna need a big hold. OK - so let's assume I have a big hold. And let's assume you have the 300 tons of palladium. But regardless, let's think about this - 5000 per ton is the reward and I can earn 3000 per ton on my route - probably on 1 trip if I have the space. So 2 trips and I have earned more than the reward. I reckon I can do the 2 round trips faster than I can scoop 300 cannisters TBH.

It depends on how he gets rid of it. If he chooses abandon from the cargo hold it doesnt show up as stolen when you pick it up.

I imagine his offer was not aimed at established traders with large vessels, but rather at beginner players with small ships that may have happened across a lucrative trade route that they are not yet in a position to take advantage of.

Anybody with that kind of route won't give it up for 1.5m.

I won't even tell you my 2500 per ton route for any price. Nice try though. Lazy git. :D

A noob sidewinder with a couple thousand cash could take advantage of that route.

really? so if i give my cargo to a pirate, when they pick it up its not stolen?

edit: i find this surprising, as i thought any cargo you pick up is stolen?

This smells like an Eve online kind of deal where you give the the information and then your ship gets destroyed, and you put it down to experience. Hope no one falls for this.

Omg, how much?

This is assuming they are not the kind I have to re-assemble myself, I've got plenty of those...
