1 Checkbox to help out Explorers...

As expected, when you're out in the void, and honk a system, in the galaxy map, the System button is active and available - you've got the system data after all! Wouldn't it be good to have a checkbox on the galaxy map to ONLY show stars that you have the system data for?

My exploration method would be different then - I'm more likely to pick an unscanned sector, honk around 10 or 15 systems which are NEARBY, then with this new filter enabled, I'd be able to see where I've been and honked, and I could check out all the systems at leisure in the GalMap, and only then jump to the ones that look interesting. Because I've been honking nearby ones, and my jump range is >30LY, I'd be able to jump to any one from any other one.

It would remove the feeling of a grinding process then too, as each jump is identical e.g.

Jump In, Slow down to Safe Scoop & Honk, Start up System Map, Stay to detailed scan Or Go, Jump To Next star.

Yes the "already visited" systems filter is an often requested feature, and would indeed be nice to have. I think it may need to get requested a few thousand times more before FD take notice :)

Or maybe in Horizons? We'll see.
