[sad]
I should have known that the primary Engineer I wanted to work with first is asking for this Illusive commodity before I can work on upgrading my Python's FSD drive's jump range.
Okay guys! I need some serious HELP here! I've read about the source of this material so I know where it comes from, but I have absolutely NO IDEA "WHERE" to even start looking for this stuff! At least she is only asking for (1) unit, but one may as well be 100 at this point since I haven't the slightest clue as to how to go about getting my hands on some of this Meta-Alloy!
I looked on all my third party commodity/trading websites and can only find SELL locations. Apparently you can't buy these anywhere, including stations who deal in this material the most? What is up with that?
So... Are there any Meta-Alloy experts out there that can provide me with a crash course on the most efficient method of locating 1 unit on Meta-Alloy? To be brutally honest... I'm far more interested in voyaging out to the Deciat system tonight and working towards upgrading my Python's FSD than spending my long awaited introductory 2.1 session on 400 Ly fetch quest!
In a ship that can barely hit 18 Ly empty! [cry]
Hey! I am not opposed to rolling up my sleeves and getting my Fuel Scoop dirty! But just not tonight! Was hoping to turn my journey out to Farseer's kind of a sight seeing road trip at the same time, thus my reluctance to get mired in what looks awfully similar to a 40+ jump night of tedium!
I'm currently docked at Thome Gateway in the HIP 16607 System, which is 156 Ly away from Farseer's base of operations. Any help, advice, short list of commodity brokers dealing in the sale of Meta-Alloys would be MOST appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
P.S. I am thoroughly enjoying all the new layouts/UIs in the 2.1 update! Haven't had much time to fly around yet, but I did have a look into the redesigned OPTIONS/Settings section and liked what I saw there! They appear to have added some additional settings options in the GRAPHICS section which I am hoping will grant me additional management options for optimizing the game's FSP and overall performance with my GTX 980ti GPU and 6700k CPU.
