1 notable signal detected (human) - what does that mean?

Jumped into a system did that FSS point and click and after that the info panel insisted in that I have found one notable signal (human).
But I have no clue what that means. I thought maybe it's that mega ship over there and I flew towards it, but then that notification vanished. Guess it wasn't that notable since there was absolutely no indication, I'm aware off, what and where that "notable" signal was.

Does somebody know what I'm missing, what that notification meant and what I'm supposed to do in such a case. Just in case it's actually something interesting.

I just had a couple of these. There should be a new target on screen around a planet or in the contacts tab. The one I popped in was a tourist installation. Used the data scanner and a bunch of other target popped up (cargo Bay, signal array, power distributor). I assumed that these were there and I never noticed or the new installations or mega ships.

I also noticed it anytime there was a settlement on the planet. So I guess any notable signal made by humans.
