Looking at your account this seems correct, the mechanics only pay you the money after you have been at that rank for the week.
As an example of this, last week a player could have worked for a week at rank 1 and would be paid 1000 credits, but at the end of the week the player's progress was reviewed and they were then promoted to rank 4, they will have to work a week as rank 4 to get paid for this.
This means you should receive your credits at the end of this week.
