Apparently, there will be a 10% loss on traded in modules in 1.3. What CMNDRs think about that change?
In my opinion, it should not be there until some kind of a hangar or a module storage is introduced. Even with a small modules like Advanced Discovery Scanner the loss will be substantial and that module can be changed very frequently. Let alone all the weapons that you might not like after one use (e.g. I bought a fixed cannon and a plasma for Vulture, and discovered that projectile speed is different, so they are unusable on one trigger) and loose a lot. Again if I have an Anaconda there are modules that cost 50m and I want to change them to create trading or combat ship, in that case I would loose 5m for the change of a module (no work costs that much, because in that case it should not be called modules). If we have that change then all the stats have to be open and clear...otherwise it's like making a discussion to change engine in a car based on price just to try it out.
