10% value loss on sale - so, did that go live?!

I'm quite amazed - this topic has caused quite an uproar, and I think rightfully so.

So, did it go live, just like that? The patch notes seem to suggest that yes, it did. Or, it will (in 6h). Any clue, any idea? Other than that, reputation decay is another thing that seems to be in the patch notes. Another thing that caused a huge uproar.

I'm mostly curious if FDevs listen to the players, or was the whole beta process only a bug-fixing exercise and all gameplay issues were ignored...

Under the Beta 8 notes - "Modules sell for the full price paid for them"

No 10% sales tax will be in final release!

They are posting ALL the beta patch notes from the most recent one to the oldest one. You know with big bolded "Beta 8" "Beta 7" "Beta 6"... in front of them. The most recent changes are at the top.

I was under the impression that the 1.3 changelog was the OFFICIAL changelog for live servers, while beta changelogs were, well... for the beta.

OK, thanks for clearing that up.

- Modules sell for the full price paid for them
- Fix for rearming repair modules

Did you actually read the changelog thread? It lists the last changes added since beta 8 under 1.3 and then all the beta changes before that. Because we get the sums of all those changes.
