1080TI issues

One of the fans on my 1080TI sounds like it is going to explode. Plan was to get a 2080TI, however I wanted to use this older card my other PC. Is there a way to fix this myself? Is it possible to order replacement fans? Would seem a shame to throw it in the bin, the card itself is a beast.

Cheers

Slightly scary thing to do, but it's actually quite easy; Strip it down, buy the Kraken G12 bracket and an aio cooler. Boom, you have a hybrid 1080 ti. The bracket is cheap as well, about 35 quid.

I took the Lo-Fi route, removed the side case, took the faulty fan off (to stop the insane noise) Set the GPU clocks back to stock, got a room fan and aimed it inside the case. Funny thing is my performance has increased since I set the card back to stock :-/ FPS is still 90, but I have no stutters now. I guess my GPU clock was pushing things too far, card temps are good under load.

Will hold out on the 2080TI for a few months.

Cool... I have 2 fans mounted on my case that blow directly on the GPU, one just above and the other just below. The upper one also hits the area around the CPU and ram.
