You'll need a station that is a Li-Yong Rui Control station, selling the FdL. When I do this, I get two results: Good Enterprise in BD-15 447 and Scully-Power Station in Ix.

Access to Meta Alloys I believe.

I seem to think they're mainly available from Planet surface stations and from Barnacles - currently only accessible on Planet surfaces

If you have a ship stored there, it will most definitely still be there! But you won't be able to outfit, reload or refuel it at Ising Dock for the time being. I know the Sugana System right nextdoor has a decent station, decent options on parts just with no discount.

itssssssss the thargoids

well kinda i've heard many stories and tales.....
Mostly tales tho one thing that i'm inclined to believe is that some player delivered a ton of UA's.
Or something like that and it made the station glitch

That's exactly what happened. One of the sides in the conflict intentionally disabled the station with UAs.

Kind of a brilliant tactic, really, except for all the people uninvolved in the war who were screwed over by this development. Is there nothing that can be done for them?
