Well it isn't as simple as that maybe from a PvP perspective where the game is used more like a chess game, but for some of us were Role Players yeah I know PvP players don't get it and I have no desire to get into that debate, I use the game to be creative and create stories and as a Gamemaster of 30 years as a tool to makes sure all my players our having fun and a good time. When I write of course I always try and make sure that my stories try and convey a deeper more moral story underneath, ok maybe not all of them sometimes I just go for comedy, sometime romance, sometimes just adventure, but many times to tell a moral story too its my way. So if the 13th had even investigated who the Malistso Tribes were in the game they would have realized we were a people that are fed simply because of our location in our sector of space that is our crime and by trying to appease a super power that ultimately annexed our home world. We were in a protracted War with a Federation Faction called Sapites Silver Bridge Industries and now there will likely less not more Fed ship loses than before. But were Wolves we don't fight like the 13th Does we don't employ the brutality that they have displayed.

We never attacked the Empire so their is no defensive action here. We are a Primarily a RPG BGS group so no PvP. Why attack a non PvP group for PvP you figure it out I did.

And as far as the "Fed better off Dead Enough Said" The 13th Legion inability to discern the facts on the ground about who we are what we represent shows a level of prejudice that is so blinded by rational and reasonable thought it is one of the main reason I used terms such as Barbarism only a few times in human history have such atrocities been committed with such brutality and blind prejudice. We are a peaceful People, a charitable people, we fight only in self defense and we werre doing everything we could to expand out of Winters Space and to get away from the Federation after the Annexation of our Home World in late 3302.

With all of these facts it is clear the 13th Legion chose to pick on us because
1. They were losing badly in the PvP community and a laughing stock
2. They are using us to try and gain notoriety and visibility at my groups expense.
3. They are going against all their sites says about them to exploit this situation to their needs using PvE, BGS and even Private Servers to their advantage to exploit my members regardless of the ramifications to my group or my players. They lack empathy, they are unfriendly had they at least taken the time to talk to me beyond a 5-10 minute conversation and work something out to try and come to a understanding I might have portrayed them differently than the monsters their being, but they didn't because they don't care about the real human element to ED they see us no different then my players may see a AI a tool a thing a object to be used for their satisfaction we have just been objectified, our humanness is irrelevant and the fact that they demanded that I grovel to their leader and urinate on myself or drink urine on a video stream shows exactly what I talking about They demanded a living human being to do this how is that Game Play they wanted it on video that isn't RP either that is sadistic, and they knew I wouldn't accept who would just to avoid a war in a game. They wanted this war they felt they needed this war to make youtube videos of them blowing up Fed ships of a bunch of PVE RPG players who wouldn't, couldn't muster any PVP opposition because their just that bad at PvP and all the PvP player groups know it go ask them yourself on the PvP Discords the 13th are the topics of jokes and humor

As for the "Fed Better off Dead" Statement you know this was the attitude where I said if you take that approach based upon the reality of my group setup and our Lore RP then 13th attacking us would make them no better than a Army that use to say their Empire would last for a 1000 years, to which all I have been getting is you cannot equate PvP to that Army. to which I respond were not a PvP group so how can there be PvP and their killing ai cops that isn't PvP. This whole war of theirs is illogical, irrational and can only be explained by very sadistic behavior, brought upon us by a leader who is mentally disturbed now if that is their RP then it all makes sense but I don't see that in what little RP they have do you? Also from every PvP player I talked to in every PvP Discord that I have been in these Players they say they don't care about RP. Explain that?

I wish the Imperial Factions would publicly denounce them and brand them Terrorist because from our vantage point they have Imperial Sanction.

Since your attack was unprovoked and we had no Declaration of War with the Empire at that time this proposal will have to be debated and voted on in the Wolf's Den


Deliberations are 1 week and then a 1 week voting period for both House of Beta and the Alpha Chamber after that it will move on the the Elder Council

If their is a overwhelming majority in a lower house and chamber only a unanimous vote in the council can override if the Great Chief also agree with the Council

If their is not a overwhelming majority in both House and Chamber then it goes to the Council and it is decided by them the Great Chief vote breaks any ties.

13th Legion is beyond lol tier to me. Bottom of the barrel does not begin to describe where they find their members. At this point it is a mad grab for quantity of players. But now only 1 of those 2 lines is still true. 13th had their heat cannons taken away and it was at that exact moment that 13th stopped being a PVP group. And became BGS group. Though they may not have known it at that time.
