My cable at home shows down/up 60/5mbs on speedtest, usually download at ~4

Is the patch server are the same as the play server? If it's not than i suggest to make it possible to start the patch download before the maintenance is over, so we got a headstart and can play sooner.
There is no point to wait with the patch, if the play servers are down anyway because of maintenance.
