Just wondered if the 15% discount in Li Yong-Rui systems is 'permanent'.
If it is, happy days.

Last night I logged on at HIP 2034 I think not sure, Bowen city... Still had the discount. I am grinding 100 mill to get my A8 powerplant....there C8 on my Anaconda is not cutting it hehrh ☺

It is permanent, and you don't have to be pledged to benefit from the savings.

As long as Li Yong Rui remains a power then I assume it's permanent, given that it's been there unchanged for a number of months since 1.3 was introduced I can't see it being removed now

Since LYR is one of the most player-useful powers, I doubt it's in any danger of disappearing
