They've found a new home 
Been stripping down my old pre-built pc for salvageable parts.
Now it ain't fancy or anything, but if anyone needs 16gb (2*8gb) sticks of DDR3 ram, drop me a pm (UK based cmdrs only & first come first served).
I ask nothing for them, i will bag em' up and ship them to you for free.
Be aware, this is DDR3 and will only work on motherboards compatible with DDR3, please check compatibility (if you're using a 6th gen CPU or later this isn't the ram you're looking for).
I'm unsure about the speeds or latency, but given that it came from a pre-built rig, they're probably on the lower end of DDR3 modules.
