Should the 16-ton anti-corrosion racks be available at all the Human-Tech Broker stations?

I ask as so far I cannot find a Human Tech Broker with them listed.:S

The Human Tech Broker at Polya Station, Harrigi had them listed for unlock when I went looking last week.

I just unlocked the racks at Eggleton Terminal in the Bulgarlmadi system.

And the racks are available for purchase there as well.

Got them the day 3.0 dropped.

A tip for the meta alloys would be to check the alien forum and have a look at the ripe barnacles thread. Will give the location of unguarded ripe barnacles that with a few relogs will net you the 28 required.

Real men/women farm them,not buy them


EDIT: If you do the above and have a 72t Asp you can fill her up and sell the excess meta alloys at Darnielles Progress in Maia for 4.9mil
