Newcomer / Intro 1I Limpet Control

o7 CMDRs,
I am by no means new here but I always learn sth new about the game.
I happend to come across a 1I Limpet controller, that is nowhere listed on the internet.
It says it has a hacking time, but is not described as a hatch breaker.

Also, the rating " I " is pretty unusual and sth
I havent seen on any limpet controller yet. Is this a bug, or a feature?
Anyone got more information about this?

EDIT: I just tried to open up a bug report with the Frontier Issue Tracker,
but I have issues with the Issue Tracker and it wont let me Log In. Could someone please file a Bugreport?
This module is only available in The Watchtower in the Tir System. Thanks :)
