No. only cargo was that for the mission,
I do not have a problem with the interdiction's in general as it adds to the game, but the problem I do have is the continental senseless interdiction's. I can kill the attackers with little to know problem, but it's just very irritating.!
Was interdicted again today in the Cutter with 512T of gold, by and Elite Eagle demanding I drop it all.... this is just stupid!
BTW I am Elite Combat and Trade.

I am pretty sure that Elite Combat is to blame. I am mostly harmless and yesterday I went to obsidian orbital ->sothis -> ceos -> various places to drop my a bit over 10 mil cargo. Only one interdiction. And that was in sothis and the interdiction was mission related. Some one was after me and if I kill him I get bonus. I used mines for the time. Dang if someonw would have seen my smile. :D

I have had maybe 2 interdictions this week and I was participating CG's and did carry 10 mil cargos etc. Or maybe it's that my asp is not attractive to pirates. I feel so lonely in the space.

My thoughts from December 2014...

FD, please bring "SECURITY LEVEL" Front And Centre as we navigate the Elite Galaxy

I thought at the time that I was simply stating the blindingly obvious.

Yet here we are, in Q3 2016, with Anarchy systems becoming less risky, no way to filter the Galaxy Map for Security Level, zero "risk/reward" mechanics for System Security, and a playerbase far too diverse to "auto-fit" into any single style of "prefab" difficulty.

Come on, FD. Make the game world have varied and distinct risks (and rewards). Signpost it. And then give us, the players, the wheel... so we can steer ourselves to the gameplay challenges we want.

QFT - unfortunately I'd say it's so blatantly obvious FD must have thought of it but somehow are unable to implement it.

Doesn't sound that hard to a layman like me, but given the completely irreproducible player experiences accross the board it's an unsettling possibility.

E.g. I've read a post by a CMDR stating he did an experiment and flew around without any bounty, mission or cargo and got interdicted every other jump, barely managing to submit in time. So I tried the same, except that I went to an Anarchy system because I already knew I don't get interdicted when travelling.

Result: Two interdictions within two hours of whiggling my tail in front of potential hostiles, both by ships that couldn't possibly hope to even dent my shields. Now if both our reports are true there must be something off in the games code.

So what does Federal supply stations in Merope means?
I went there and didnt found anything. Also cant find any detailas or anybody discussing it...

On the mission briefing, were you warned (in red text) that "enemy ships may be sent against you" or something similar? This is a guarantee you'll be interdicted from my experience. As opposed to random trading (no mission cargo) where I rarely get bothered.
Warning red text means that you can have a mission update with a mission target and you will be attacked by (name) target. Always you will be notified through mission update .. Some delivery missions do that and most times SOURCE missions .. Here is very important to stack source missions with care ... I had situations in witch I was attacked by 3 or 4 targets in the same time, generated by each source mission.. One is interdicting, the other(s) is coming directly in the fight zone... Random attack from Pirates are not linked to that warning.

So NPCs are more eager to attack Elite ranked Cutter than to attack Mostly Harmless ranked smaller ship? Wha... ho... what!?
In what universe this makes sense...
Higher rank should give you LESS interdictions, for once for realism - because they know you know how to handle yourself, secondly for game convinience - at Elite in combat you have seen so much combat you can find fights your self, you dont need random pirate dudes in cobras to attack you to give you challenge.

You are right: Newbies who are mostly harmless in Sidewinders and can barely fly should be attacked WAY more than Elite people in Cutters who should be ale to handle it. That would be a great game. :|

The logical compromise out of this conundrum would be:

- No attacks more then two steps above your combat rank, as long as you haven't at least reached Master
- No attacks more then two steps under your combat rank after you reached Master
- Add a threshold for those unlucky cases where a player gets dogpiled by interdictions, suppress all interdictions after that threshold is reached.

This way, the number of interdictions should go down in both cases (combat newbs and veterans), but the level of challenge will raise with experience, without becoming oppressive.

So... I noticed that it said (Fix crash in wing manager) is this goingto fix the instancing problem on xbox where you can wing with your friends dueto you all being in different instances? Even if your in a private group? Noting that the wings were introduced in 1.2 how has this not been fixed yet?

They may have intended to fix wings but in reality WINGS ARE MORE BROKEN THAN EVER !!!!

FD has shown repeatedly that they have no interest in fixing long standing and game breaking problems. Hence instancing not being fixed nearly 2 years in and them breaking literally everything else.

It's a miracle the games actually starts at all!

I was 99% sure, that Frontier will put the CQC enviroment as a blueprint into the main game, but don't see anything related in the release news. Anybody has information about this?

Hi I have a question,

So will Seeking Goods / Weapons POIS will be apearing again, and will killing T9s there give chemical manipulators?

What about Distribution Centres?
