2.2 - 5 Nearest Most Wanted Player Bounties but still never knowing if/when they're online

I've asked for this for 2yrs. It's an obvious need for real Bounty Hunting instead of sitting around for respawning NPC. It makes PvP and is proper gameplay. Should this get added ASAP?

Probably hasn't been address because they're in Solo.

Ah ok, so all the highest WANTEDs are hiding (sneaky and pointless as that is).

Only if I can see if bounty hunters are online, and traders hauling rares.

I wouldn't mind a spotted/seen system put in place. Have a call out transmission over the Comms to nearby bounty hunters, stating Commander X has been spotted in X system. Have a police unit (if available) intercept the target and request reinforcement from nearby Commanders. This should be transmitted with a radius check. This way, BountyHunters can respond, AND other pirates/ Commanders with a bounty can also jump in and we could have all out PvP war.
