So,

If you have fighter bay, and you get interdicted by a pirate, and you release your little baby ship.

A lot of the times a funny thing happens, police drop down to your instance (even tho you have report crimes against me off), and they immediately get red and start shooting at you, while sending messages like "scan completed, no problems found, you are free to go, have a good day commander".

WHAT

this is what i call a "permabug". Its been around for some time. System vessels after a battle somestimes will just sit and fire one plasma off after the other as if their trigger is stuck. This has been discussed over the years as sometimes if youre right in front of them you get a facefull. Its never been fixed lord only knows why its only code.

Until recently i just avoided going in front of system condas and that stopped it bugging me

However, I wondered why my new employee in my corvette had hosed through his 100 plasmas so quicky (i was out in a small fighter) and of course, its the same AI bug my larger ship just fired its plasmas off one after the other (sometimes you can hear them fire but not see them).

If I remember and switch to main ship it stops firing. If I forget then a short time after arriving at the res he has no plasmas left.

Ive spent months watching AI at the res and those codas just firing off all their ammo

So, a permabug to watch out for just like the SHIP SCAN DETECTED black patch in the center of the screen usually right on top of what youre
trying to shoot. Like trying to play darts and someone puts a 4x6 card with a message in front of your face 180
