First career:
In the first three months or so of playing, was Federation Delivery boy with the goal of getting a Sol permit.
(CHECK)
Second career:
Explorer. Went to Sag A in an ASP. (With a Class 3 fuel scoop! Painful that was.)
(CHECK)
Third career:
I returned from Sag A and defected to the Empire, figured I'd work for a Clipper.
(CHECK)
Fourth career:
Clipper and I never really clicked, so I got a Python. I settled into Eotiensis and became a Python Privateer and Engineer Junkie. Was hell bent on getting revenge on NPCs from the early days. Slow with lots of RNG frustration but now NPCs melt from my completely OP Overcharged/Corrosive/Incendiary/C3 Multi-Cannons. For some side fun I had also picked up a FDL and T9 along the way. But trading in the T9 just wasn't me and pure rez/CZ combat in the FDL gets stale. I like playing off the mission boards from my home system in a "what kind of trouble can i get into today" type perspective and run off and have some fun for an hour or so and return home.
(CHECK)
Fifth career (planning):
I wanted to do with 2.2 with a Cutter the same thing I did with 2.1 and the Python, but by September I had reached Duke but not the credits for a Cutter. I continued trying to raise credits hoping to make it before 2.2 but realized I wasn't going to make it. On the day before 2.2 launched I decided to sell everything except the engineered Python and ASP, and I flew off to Harm and bought a Cutter. I D-rated everything except the A FSD. Went to Felicity which after 4 grade 5 rolls got a +45% Optimal Mass and +5% max fuel which gave a respectable 32ish LY jump range (light).
After messing with the content in 2.2, I've flown some fighters, wined and dined some passengers, and had a re-buy from an uncooperative white dwarf (in my ASP). So from this bit of sampling, I've decided on my 2.2 career: Luxury Limo driver for the Mafia. I'm going to pimp out the Cutter with a little of everything, cargo, fighters, Luxury cabins (of course), and I'm going to leave Eotiensis and find a new home and new employer.
So here's where I need some help.
1) Where should I go?
2) Cutter outfitting?
Thanks in advance for any ideas. Looks like I'll have plenty to do with 2.2.

1) Where should I go?
Ideally, i'm looking for a large system, Coriolis station, with a Anarchy faction with and have lots of shady types needing to to places I can buddy up. Going to need lots of work and good missions (regular and passengers) to keep the income up to upgrade the ride. Bonus would be one of the nice new shiny decorated interiors and maybe an earth like world too. Also not on the opposite side of the bubble from the engineers. Any suggestions?
2) Cutter outfitting?
I'm counting on things going south and having ships sent against me so have to be ready. I want the option of either sending my fighter out or taking the controls myself. I've not yet familiarized myself with the cutters hardpoints and it's D-rated at the moment with no weapons and I have 100 mil to get things started. I figure I'll be running a lot at first so maybe launch the fighter as a disposable distraction while I charge up.
Thrusters:
Can't afford A but I can get C with the same Mass and go see Palin. Is there any reason to get Clean over Dirty? I'm thinking Dirty.
Power Plant:
Have a small one now (5A?) overcharged to 24 MW. looks like it will do for a while but defiantly limiting armament right now.
Armor:
The FDL was the only ship I ever used Armor on. I thinking some minimal protection will be needed. Maybe engineers can help drop the weight some too.
Distributor:
Again cost a big issue now. Looking to go to a C and engineer the crap out of it. Weapons, System, Recharge? Suggestions?
Weapons:
I'm thinking I might like jumping in the SLF myself and leave my trusty co-pilot (as yet not hired) with the ship. So maybe load it up with C2 turreted multi-cannons just for the sheer entertainment of watching a constant barrage of bullets stream from the ship while I dance around behind the target in the fighter trying to keep his shields down. Going to need some practice with that at some Nav Beacons to get comfortable with doing it. OR if that doesn't work I may have to stay at the helm myself and let the SFL play decoy. Ideas?
Utility/SCB
I've never actually used SCB/Heat sink. If things went badly I ran, usually because of not able to do enough damage anyway. Looks like the cutter has plenty of slots though so considering trying it. Though with the co-pilot crew member at the helm will they use SCBs if needed?
