Yup, that outer ring extends to 2.2 million kilometers. All three moons orbit between the two rings.
The ring was distinctly visible from where you jump in the system, 1000 light seconds distant (!!!). Didn't take a screenshot of that, unfortunately. But:
This does give a sense of scale.
As a bonus, the gas giant rotates on its side, i.e. the pole points towards the sun.
