2 mouse cursors in-game with DK2?

This is a new one (for me). When in menus I see the usual "fat" Elite cursor, but also a second "Windows" mouse cursor that mirrors the movement of the Elite cursor, albeit in an offset position. Any ideas how I can eliminate the latter - it's annoying! It's also visible when flying, so I have to manually move it off screen.

I've had the same dual cursor problem, off and on, all weekend. And I'm not using my DK2. I think it is related to my ALT-Tabbing to the desktop to tweak my sound card settings.

Are you running through Steam? I had the same issue - double mouse cursor when executing from the Steam game menu.

As an aside, I've added the game manually, I have NOT redeemed a Steam code. Don't know if that makes a difference or not, but I suspect it is the Steam overlay somehow cocking things up.

If your using a DK2, after you click the play button in the launcher just move the desktop mouse pointer into view on the DK2 before the game starts.

This will remove the second mouse pointer from in game.

I tried this trick to put the system mouse in DK2 view right after clicking Play but that don't solve my similar problem. My game always start minimized (I did a bug report) so I have to ALT-TAB once, or click on the game icon to bring the game (DK2 or without DK2) and that probably explain why this trick don't work for me :(

I can't believe this fix was so easy. Worked like a charm. Click "play" and immediately get that mouse pointer over to your secondary rift monitor. Vuala.
