I didn't see bi weaves in the last few beta updates, but my Viper had them in live earlier...I am wondering if I will still have them when iI log back in...
I have Bi-weaves equipped from earlier and I still have them equipped now, so i suppose they didn't vanish. Try High-Tech systems with 10M+ population.
Ascension missions can be sneaky. If you are at 100% of previous rank, try to do one or two more quick missions. the number is rounded up and you could have in fact 99.2% or something like that.
Or check if the station owner is indeed the system owner and that it is an Empire faction. If it's not, find another system.
