Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm here to announce future goods that we're gonna get in this year's summer update! Summer time is associated with sun right? hot temperature and so on.
Seat your belts, becasue we're going to Australia! Update will arrive at beginning of July, and will bring us:
Far new, unique Australian foliage set, famous Australian red-rock set, and while we won't have whole australian building set as such, we still gonna get various Australian themed objects!
But our true stars are obviously animals! so, this year gonna bring us:
-Red Kangaroo
-Emu
-Echidna
-Tasmanian Devil
-Southern Cassowary
-Thorny Devil (exhibit animal)
Keep waiting, and your patience will be rewarded, see you later!

The OP has just gone through various threads and picked certain concepts from them for this post.

It should go without saying, but nobody believe this.

I’m very skeptical of his post as he’s actually posted predictions before claiming three different dlcs. He was sort of right with South American dlc but was also off claiming birds would be a Easter dlc package. But I do agree the next dlc will probably be a Australian dlc based pack. But yeah I agree these predictions are utter nonsense.

He wasn't right with the South American DLC. It was either going to be South America or Australia as the most underrepresented region in the game. A 50/50 chance of being correct does not mean one has insight. Australia is bound to be next.

Exactly. It's pretty much forseeable logic. I was expecting something jungley in spring as well and here we are.

Personally, I'd love to be surprised and get something else than Australia at thispoint. Just not in the moodfor it. But well, I'll take any DLC. Just hope the pieces wouldn't be too "what white people think aboriginal is".

What exactly does that mean? Do you have a lot of experience with Aboriginal art in whatever European country you are from?
No. But if you research a bit of "african architecture" and compare it with the african pieces we have, you'll see that they are very heavily based on what european people associate with "africa" as a whole big continent without different influences of different cultures whatsoever. (which africa IS NOT and we both know that) Just like the temple pieces, the building pieces are very often pretty much cliché. Of course clichés have often a base as well, but they limit the cultural aspect to a point, where it can sometimes be problematic.

ON another note, here is the easter prediction thread that proofs this guy know nothing Click

Well if we were to get a Central American dlc and a aviary pack in the next two dlc releases he would have technically been right just not in the order he presented it. I by no means think he’s right tho since now his predictions from the previous thread have been scrapped. I thought about mentioning that to him but it wasn’t worth the time since he posts one time in a four month span. I also would rather have a different pack than Australian not that I don’t want it or wouldn’t enjoy it but there’s a lot of other packs I’d rather see at the moment honestly. The other day I was building a zoo doing a Asian section and it dawned on me how many animals are still missing from these regions as well but in the end I’ll be happy with whatever we get as sooner or later we need Australian animals too.

I still want swimming animals, as they'd bring something new to the game. California sea lions, harbour seals, a beach theme... would also be very summer-y. But yes, at the moment, asia would also be more interesting to me than australia. Doesn't mean I don't want an australian dlc, it just would be sooo predictable, that it would be harder for me to fire up the hype train. And it would also be all "just the same".

Obviously he’s off so far on animal predictions also. Capybaras, spider monkeys, and a few other animals he mentioned do live in Central America. Once again by no means do I necessarily believe him. I just bring this up as many people have given up on the thoughts of some mentioned animals making the roster some day.

Yeah your right. That’s the problem I would have with a Australian pack at this time. It would be too predictable. I really thought the South American pack was going to be the Australian pack to be honest. Me I’m waiting for many animals from all regions to be honest. Meerkats, otters, birds, rhinos, howler monkeys, and many others come to mind.

This is just a guess from OP or just trolling.. :D

And South America/Australian was a 50/50 chance. Personally was expecting a South American DLC. Wasn't convinced the specific mechanics for a koala or kangaroo were done this fast - they are completely different from other animals (koalas mostly not on the ground and hopping for the kangaroo is not in-game yet)

Currently I think it's 50/50 between North America/Australia.
How much I'd like more European animals, I don't think we can expect that one soon. :D

Just hope the pieces wouldn't be too "what white people think aboriginal is".
We all have Google, experiences based on movies/TV shows/Discovery channel/documentaries or visiting a museum and if it's anything like that - I'd be very happy.
I don't think those portrayals are different from the actual art.

His one other post on this forum was this as mentioned previously (but not clear initially):

Looking forward to his next prediction at the end of the year :)

I'm not skeptical of this post (well maybe a little) but hear me out on this. I think this guy knows something. Or he saw something last time.
His Easter 2020 post predicted this:
1) he correctly predicted the next dlc would be releasing "Easter 2020" and it came out April 7th
2) he correctly predicted it would be mesoamerican themed and it was (albeit he got all the animals wrong)
3) this last prediction "Easter is associated with eggs right? what else is associated with eggs? birds of course!" also easter eggs refer to a secret or cheat code in a game... which in this case it did! (it wasnt referring to aviaries like every single person who plays this game was hoping for but instead it was referring to the two easter eggs PZ released the day before easter (April 11th) https://www.pcgamesn.com/planet-zoo/easter-eggs

And he predicted all that Dec 26 2019

My prediction is Oceania animal dlc (Australian outback and polynesian themes) coming out June 30th (3 months to the date after the South American dlc released). As for what animals it's literally anybodys guess (there will be kangaroos 100% and probably not koalas due to the mechanics)
This guy knows whats up, shout out my main time traveller johnny t

Almost everyone in this forum predicted we will get a dlc soon, as it's pretty clear Frontier follows a planet coaster pattern.
Some people, who do not claim to know something for real, already predicted a south american dlc, one reason being the lack of animals from this region in the base game. It's the same with Australia. Everyone who uses their mind longer than from 1 pm to lunch time can predict we will get an australian dlc at some point and that summer (heat and such) would be a good time for it.

He got all the animals wrong last time because he knows absolutely nothing. That is why. And calling the cheat codes easter eggs now, just to give him a reason to use the word "eggs".. LOL. :D

My crystal ball by the way tells me we will get penguins before christmas in another winter DLC. Am I a celebrity now?

1) he correctly predicted the next dlc would be releasing "Easter 2020" and it came out April 7th

He didn't predict this, he extrapolated data based on the evidence that PlanCo had a similar release schedule.

2) he correctly predicted it would be mesoamerican themed and it was (albeit he got all the animals wrong)

He didn't predict this either, he made a guess based on a 50/50 chance. South America or Australia. It was going to be either because both regions were underrepresented in the base game. It was obvious. Not a prediction.

3) this last prediction "Easter is associated with eggs right? what else is associated with eggs? birds of course!" also easter eggs refer to a secret or cheat code in a game... which in this case it did! This is just stretching things so thin that they become invisible.
