32bit support was turned off first, with 2.4's release And last week CGs were turned off.... DOOMED!

(until newsletters, new CG/events, and new forums all arrive again )

Yeah, I haven't received a newsletter since March 8th, another one was due yesterday. Interesting how they said they were reducing the frequency to "improve quality", yet the quality of the newsletters hasn't changed a bit. Now they're apparently unable to stick to their more relaxed schedule. While I'm complaining, 72 hours of downtime for a forum upgrade is just funny, considering that it takes relatively little preparation for a zero-downtime migration.

If you are a web developer you know it's not an upgrade. If you are not a web developer your considerations are pretty irrelevant.

Tbh mate, I think the answer is clear. There was no newsletter. Every thread descends into white knight trolling because they are in panic-defence mode. Don't take it personally.

Having read every reply in this thread, I'm of the opinion that you have a VERY broad definition of 'white knight trolling' and 'panic-defence mode'. Care to point to the specific posts in here that triggered this accusation?
