Journalists' companies of twenty-three media outlets, including "Le Monde", consider that the government continues to send "extremely worrying signals" regarding the independence of the media and the protection of sources ... The Macron era began :rolleyes:

i understand the Media is the lens through which the Public perceive any issues
if the Lens is distorted or shaped to skew perceptions.. it is a valid concern.. especially where Government involvement is concerned

We need only look across to America and see Political Party ties to Media outlets, skewing polls, creating false narratives, character assasination and in some cases omission of issues!!

People seriously need to ask questions about what is being reported and why.. verifying facts and using some common-sense principles to make a fair judgement on Media's output
