2nd Commander Save Slot

I would be very happy to see a 2nd Commander Save Slot (which of course is independent from the other).
I bought about 70-80% of all available paintjobs, bobbleheads, etc. from the store to support this game and seriously don't want to buy another account and re-buy all paintjobs again. I would say, that I approx. spent over 500€ on those paintjobs.
In a 2nd thought, a 2nd Commander Save Slot would also give me the opportunity in trying a different career or try to go different paths - I don't want to RESET my save (way too much time spent in playing). In the old ELITE series (First Encounters, Frontier - ELITE II) I also played different saves. In one I was a pirate for instance, in the other one a bounty hunter. Why not the same here in E:D?

The question is, will I have all my paintjobs I bought in my 1st account in the 2nd? As I think that kind of information is stored server-side, it wouldn't help.
I also forgot to mention, that I have early Beta benefits (like Sol permit, Freagle, etc.) - I don't want to loose these benefits just to have a 2nd Cmdr. That's why I think a 2nd Save Slot in-game would be a great deal.

That's the one thing that I don't have the answer to. @Para Handy might be able to answer that question for you directly.

You won't have your paint jobs shared between cmdrs.
