3 Commander slots on release

I've had a bit of a trawl and can't seem to find the answer and so I wondered if anyone else knew.

On release we can have 3 Commander slots, now I'm guessing that they're not going to all share the same name (unless one of them is Ironman mode) and so what is the naming policy for the other slots?

Is it first come first served? And if you delete that commander is the name made available again for others to choose?

Three commanders per account was only a suggested number, btw - I don't think it's been definitely confirmed as yet.

I wonder if that's Online, Offline, and Ironman. We will need three separate saves for these three features but I assume they would all be with the same commander name.

If its to be 3 online commanders then I suppose it would work like other MMOs and be first come first served naming.
