3000000 mill lost to game bugs no aswer to ticket whatsoever

So in 3 days time i lost 3 million in trade goods to bugs during docking process. Once i exploded without any infractions and without any guns actually firing on me in the middle of the station second time an npc ship ran straight into me with full speed while leaving station. Ticket was postet no reaction no answer whatsoever.

Really trying hard to not get more frustrated but at this rate its hard :( was this some kind of a punishment because of my critisising post.

The AI cannot handle stations, and I really hope it's sorted sooner rather than later.

Whenever I'm launching from a large station, there's about a 40-50% chance I'll see a large NPC ship jammed sideways and upside down in the mailslot while station defenses are blowing it away because the AI literally can't fly in a straight line.

yeah it was 3 million however not really relevant. I would have expected at least some kind of automated excuse or something dont even know why i still bother lol

ummm... that wasn't an NPC /cough, sorry!!

m pretty guilty here for boosting out of stations, m thinking they must get a lot of gameplay related tickets and are focusing on bugs right now.. the AI could do with some more processing power though your right :)

C'mon frontier, thought you would have hooked up the human brain of one of your employees by now!! get on with the ground breaking tech! im sure you got some on ice :D

Well it is relevant, I came in this thread just to ask you how you made that kind of money!

I brush sidewinders out of the way with the tip of the wings of my cobra and full pips to systems. Sometimes they explode.

I wouldn't have to do this if the AI didn't make them reverse at 1m/s and upside down while entering the letterbox.

Never happened to me (since Alpha) - but I feel your pain because I have lost a lot of ships and cargo due to my own fault. However, with all due respect, (and I actually do mean that) you need to increase your level of paranoia.

1. Ships don't explode for no reason. I know - it might seem like that - but truly - they don't! Could you have accidentally had silent running on? I don't know - but you do need to pay attention to your ship's condition and mode at all times. It's just good piloting.
2. You also need to improve your lookout skills. AI are stupid and selfish - they will fly right through you. So you need to give way to them which means you need to watch your radar. When exiting I would suggest keeping a little lower or higher than the straight line down the middle route because that is where the AI will go. Also watch outside because a ship on fast approach will also fly right through you.

In summary - it is all your fault. No point raising tickets or blaming the game.

There now - that wasn't so hard was it?

A disclaimer - I hope you don't take offence at my humour - I mean no disrespect - I'm just crazy! :D:)

always watch your radar very closely when entering or leaving.
but high speed ships are always players.
and the more experience the faster they go in and out.
a small warning it will soon crawl with anacondas , they have special windscreen wipers for sidewinders.

Me too. I was like 3000000000000 Cr OMFG! It's a good way to get attention. Maybe I'll try that next time!

Boosting in a station should be a crime.

I do this all the time. Cost me a sidewinder and a viper so far!

I guess one problem for the OP here is how does he prove what happened? Unless they were recording a video of the event as it happened it would be difficult I guess.

Uh, what ship holds that much cargo? You got 2 Anacondas duct taped together?

Sorry for your frustration, that does sound unpleasant. Since the new ticket system launched for the final release there have been something like 1000 tickets raised per week and that doesn't count the old system used in alpha-gamma. They are absolutely swamped but they will get back to you.

Yeah well, I lost an ASP fully loaded with cargo when I was approaching a station because the game stuttered to the point where I couldn't control my ship. As it turns out I get massive stuttering everytime when I approach and enter stations that have the shiny white rich interiors. Ticketed and support asked me to reproduce the problem. First I though I might take a different ship but then it occured to me that it's possible for the problem to be tied with the ship as well. So, being a good guy, I did try to reproduce the problem, at a cost of about 3 million CR. Now I thought I would compensated for my troubles (posting dxdiag, and incident report). Of course no real answers or compensation. In short don't assume that support will actually support...

Not completly shure but i think i got the lost credits refunded if so i guess i got lucky and i owe a thanks. It seems boosting out and in of stations is a big problem as described earlier. i found that for strictly trading its best to stick to solo games.

Try 8000 per week, or an average of 1333 per day... currently as it stands there are 12000-13000 tickets logged according to the number of tickets on the counter on the support website, as long as this is a linear ticketing system. So far evidence suggests it is.
