Superb new Pilots Manual from the Exodus Coalition

I first heard mention of this on last weeks Lave Radio. It's a really superb 84 page Pilots Manual written by Aaron Starr (and others) from the Exodus Coalition.

Anyway, I felt this brilliant piece of work deserved wider atttention and contacted EXO who are happy for me to publicise this over here on the forum.
