So I'm now in EQ Pegasi where there is a civil war going on - or there would be, if not for the fact that there is only one faction fighting. Yup. Only one faction is listed as being in "civil war" state, and going to the local conflict zone you can "choose" only that one faction, whose ships are just wandering around doing nothing, along with a number of "neutral" Fed ships doing equally nothing. Maybe they are shooting themselves in russian roulette? Or did the opposing faction forfeit the war, in which case, is it scored 0-3 ?

Would someone please reduce the medication dosage to the server? It is clearly having a bad effect

It's probably just phasing out. Yesterday and the day before, there were some quite intense fighting between the ruling Federation faction and one of the Independent ones (Jet something something – can't look it up right now). Yesterday it already became clear that the Feds were winning.
