3D Anaglyph Colors

I was adjusting some settings when I ran across the anaglyph 3D setting; somehow I hadn't noticed it before.
And I was all, "Oh, cool! Lemme try that!"
Unfortunately, my 3D shades are red-and-blue, while Elite goes red-and-green; the ability to select/adjust that would be, you know...awesome. :)

Sorry for necro..but
Hmm ...and how to do that ? I have red-green and it seems game currently is red-blue. I see perfect 3d on your screenshot, but not in game...
Any way to reconfigure colors?

The OP's screenshot shows a typical red-blue anaglyph. Red-green would not work because green is not red's complementary color -- 180º opposite on a color wheel. The green the OP mentions comes from the tinting of (probably orange) HUD elements and other image elements to produce at least a semblance of a color rendition of the scene. "Pure" r/b anaglyphs are usually not color tinted beyond the red/blue necessary for the stereo effect, and appear closer to grayscale when viewed with the filter glasses.

ah to fix the anaglyph Fdev must free up the UI, colour scheme to be dynamically adjustable.....

At a cursory glance, it feels like a simple and degrading job given to some intern or work experience kid,
to just double check some variables names are consistent and pointing at the right thing.
The UI is in every element in the game and looks like they aren't tied into the same global variables :D
And it's a high-value, very visible change to the game if it's gotten wrong.
Sooo much QA'ing.....
They are so afraid to do that ;)

Fdev probably must pause all development and work solely on that singular update for like a month.
